Captain Morgan - Committed to the Imps
City captain Paul Morgan spoke of his commitment to the Imps cause in the wake of another snub from Northern Ireland boss Lawrie Sanchez.

Morgan has once again been omitted from the squad along with another Imp Ciaran Toner. However Toners experience on the international scene has shown players in lower divisions can make the international grade.

"I don't know if I'm being watched or not" said Morgan who has yet to appear for his country. "Ciaran has been selected playing for Orient so you never know."

Morgan is currently battling to be fit for the Lincolnshire derby with Scunthorpe on Saturday, and admits his main priority lays at Sincil Bank. "They do pay my wages!"

City will be looking to avenge a poor showing against Rushden this weekend.
