Jarrett Walks The Sincil Plank

Last updated : 28 March 2011 By Neil Hobbs

Albert Jarrett has parted company with the Imps by mutual consent after also failing to get a new lease of live at Aldershot.  Alas we join a long list of clubs including Brighton and Hove Albion,  Watford and Gillingham who have endured the highs and lows of his services.

A player, capped twice by his country Sierra Leone, who is truly unplayable on his day, will have to start again lower down the pyramid; at least until the end of the season when the transfer window opens.

Nicknamed the Giraffe by Barnet fans, Albert certainly has some neck to go with his undoubted skill. But it is his head and not his feet that he must get right if he is to play as high in the League as his talent deserves.

Good Luck Albert, many of us will always have a soft spot for you at Sincil Bank.
