Evans Above Stevie's Coming Back

Ex Boston manager Steve Evan’s looks set to lead Crawley Town to the BSP Conference title this season after goals from Torres and Wassmer helped them to a 2-1 win over Eastbourne Borough. Crawley unbeaten in 20, with a goal difference of plus forty-eight and now 12 points clear of AFC Wimbledon, dedicated the win to co-owner Bruce Winfield who has tragically died. A minute's applause was held before kick-off while the away fans sang their benefactors name throughout the game.

Though many may never forgive Steve Evans, he is a motivator with few equals.  Meet him and you will understand why he has the ability to galvanise sides on the pitch, which in turn is a magnet to entrepreneurs off it. Though many have questioned Crawley’s spending they are in the black this season and in sight of some silverware, not to mention promotion to the lallowed land of the Football League.

Just shows that if you speculate you can accumulate and it certainly looks as if we will be seeing Stevie E back at the Bank next season.
