Forest are a familiar feature in The Imps friendly campaign. The 1988 game at Sincil Bank took place just days after the Imps won promotion to the football league and signalled the official opening of the St Andrews Stand. It was Forest again who visited nine years ago to signal the opening of the impressive Linpave stand.
The game will doubtless be a crowd puller with Forest having steered themselves away from the relegation battle at the foot of division one.
The game will take place 24th July 2004 with a 3pm kick off.
