City welcome Premiership Blackburn Rovers to Sincil Bank this evening for the Pontin's Holidays League Cup quarter final clash with the Rovers' second-string, with new-signings Paul Green and Dany N'Guessan both named in tonight's starting XI.
After being thrust into first team action – albeit briefly – in the closing stages of Saturday's triumph over rivals Peterborough, the pair will no doubt be hoping to chalk up their first 90 minutes as City players.
They will be joined in the second-string clash with occasional first-teamers Leon Mettam, Owain Warlow, as well as highly-rated Simon Rayner between the sticks.
The match will kick off at Sincil Bank at 1900. Admission is just £2 for adults, and £1 for concessions.
