An Imp for another eight months
Nathan Peat has had his loan deal extended keeping him at Sincil Bank until the end of the season.

Left back Peat has slotted into position following Michael Blackwoods injury, with Kevin Sandwith restricted to just one start in the position. 22 year old Peat has been impressive in his 3 month tenure with the Imps and Keiths relationship with both Peter Taylor and Colin Murphy allows the youngster to stay until the end of the season.

Peat made three starts last season for Cambridge United adding to two LDV Vans starts and three substitute appearances for Hull City. Despite his relative inexperience Peat has adapted well to first team football and the competition for places will be a welcome boost to all three players until the end of the season.
