Sutton Learns From Countries Best

It has been revealed today that new Imps boss Chris Sutton has the backing of two of Britains most succesful managers.

It's understood that the past to years Sutton has worked with both men honing his managerial skills, and will bring the benefit of their experience to Sincil Bank.

It's thought today he received a call from O'Neill asking if he'd considered resigning following the terrible performance in last nights 3-0 home defeat to Moneybags FC.

Joking aside Sutton may be able to lean on both men for loan signings which will be vitally important in the coming weeks.

O'Neill is one of Britains most respected football managers after making Aston Villa a top 6 force in the Premier League, Previous spells at Celtic and Leicester only reinforce his stellar reputation in the game.

Hodgson is one of the few Englishmen to have had success abroad with Inter Milan, as well as taking Fulham from the edge of a relegation scrap to European contenders in just one year.

Both men are thought to be supportive of Sutton, something Imps fans hope will manifest itself in bodies being brought to the cub on loan.

Sutton took his first training session today along with Ian Pearce, and both men wll be looking to put their experience to good use in their first jobs in management.
