Left Back On Trial With City

Marvin Hamilton was seen in the Centre Spot bar before saturdays abysmal game with Dagenham enjoying a bite to eat with other members of the squad. It appears that City are still looking at signing a natural left back to put pressure on Aaron Brown.

After a junior career with Waltham Forest, Ilford and Ridgeway Rovers, Hamilton joined Gillingham as a youth player in July 2006, and signed as a professional on a one year contract on the eve of the 2007-08 season. He made his first team debut as a substitute in an away defeat to Luton on 25 August 2007. He was released by Gillingham at the end of March 2008 and joined Dover Athletic.

However, his stay at the Crabble was short lived and he left at the end of the season. He started the 2008-09 season as a trialist at AFC Wimbledon. He is now hoping to impress Jacko during his stay with City.
