Kerley goes pro

Exciting Imps prospect Adam Kerley has been offered a professional contract with the Imps for the coming season.

Kerleys name has been on the tip of many tongues as a possible first teamer throughout his three year scholarship with the club. His education was furthered with a loan spell with Lincoln United last season, and his reputation advanced with news of interest from Blackburn Rovers amongst others in the last year.

A brief non active appearance on the bench against Leyton Orient last season is his only first team flirtation to date.

Kerley spent a majority of his youth turning out for Retford in the Mid Lincs Youth League before moving on to the Nottinghamshire County School team.
