Janos Kovacs has been credited with the sole City goal in Saturdays 3-1 defeat at Gigg Lane in Bury.

Kovacs header was diverted in by Bury's David Buchanan, and media gave the goal as an own goal. However the match referee has deemed the ball would have gone in anyway, and hence the big Hungarian gets the goal.

Its not his first goal in City colours as he notched one against Villa in pre season, but it is his first competitive goal. He has scored a competitive goal at Sincil Bank, but against City for Chesterfield last season.
