Imps NOT Looking At Osman

Despite us being led to believe that Osman was the youngster being targeted initially, Everton’s spokesman Ian Ross has confirmed to us that Everton Football Club have not been contacted by Lincoln City regarding Osman’s availability.

However, all hope is not lost for Imps fans who are crying out for a little bit of inspiration from midfield, as Ross pointed out that Lincoln City have enquired about the services of another player, whose name needs to be kept under wraps for the time being.

From our understanding, the Imps are finding it difficult to prise this influential midfielder away from Goodison Park at this moment in time. In fact, they may have failed, but Bradley is continuing to persevere. Toffees’ manager David Moyes may wish to keep the youngster in his squad as back up should his squad fall foul to any more injuries. Recently, Moyes’ plans took a blow when it was announced that Lee Carsley is likely to be out for the rest of the season.

On 23rd March, Planet Imp devised a short-list consisting of five youngsters that Alan Buckley is thinking of bringing to the club.
