Last updated : 17 February 2002 By Jonathan Hall

A cheque presented to Imps chairman Rob Bradley by N&P operations boss Karen Dickinson, now brings the grand total to £216,566. More than £200,000 has therefore been handed to the Imps since the affinity savings account was launched in January 1999.

Lincoln's loyal fans have really shown their support for the club through this savings account,” said N&P operations manager, Karen Dickinson.

Lincoln Chairman, Rob Bradley emphasised its importance as a financial boost, by saying, “The loyalty of our supporters cannot be emphasised enough in terms of its importance to the club's finances.”

The N&P scheme has proved to be a major success as part of the club's commercial efforts to bring some money into the club.
