Boulding Close To Millers Deal?

Michael Boulding has been training with Rotherham Utd this week, fuelling rumours it could be the troubled Yorkshire club who are leading the race for his signature.

Boulding hasn't signed anything as yet, but Mark Robins has admitted they have made the 25 goal striker an offer which he hasn't accepted as yet.

Boulding left Mansfield last week after a change of manager, but he was widely expected to leave after turning down a new deal. Its rumoured up to 15 clubs are interested in Boulding. Towards the end of last season it was suggested he could be heading to Sincil Bank, an interest that was confirmed over the summer.

Three weeks ago it was revealed that Boulding was stalling on an offer, holding out perhaps for a deal higher up the football spectrum. This led to speculation that he wasn't particularly interested in a deal in League Two.

Well now a deal looks further away than ever as he train with Rotherham. Perhaps a deal in Legaue One failed to materialise, or perhaps he's still playing the waiting game. However with an improved budget and a strike force short on bodies Boudlings insistence on holding out for a better deal may cost him a move to Sincil Bank.
